Tokora guide
Tokora is the point of sale and inventory module: selling at outlets, tracking stock, and ordering from suppliers.
Brief guide — this module is still being developed
Tokora is not as settled as Kreativstaff. This page gives an overview and the division of roles; a step-by-step guide will be added once the module stabilises.

For whom

| Owner / Business Admin | Everything: catalogue, stock, outlets, orders, customers, purchasing |
| Outlet Manager | Runs one outlet day to day: menu, stock, voids, shifts, customers — not outlet setup |
| Cashier | Checkout only. Voids require manager approval |
| Inventory / Stock Staff | Product data and stock counts. No selling, no customer records |
| Purchasing Staff | Supplier-facing: sees stock levels to plan reorders, manages purchase orders |
Note the three deliberately separated staff roles
Cashiers sell but cannot change product data. Stock staff manage products but cannot sell. Purchasing staff see stock but do not touch sales.
This separation is not needless complexity — it stops one person being able to change a price, sell, and adjust stock all without anyone noticing.

The daily flow
Open a shift at the start of the working day.
Serve transactions at the checkout screen. Stock decreases automatically.
Voids need manager approval if you are a cashier.
Close the shift at the end of the day and reconcile the cash.
When stock runs low, purchasing staff raise an order with a supplier from the Supply screen, then receive it when the goods arrive.
Relationship to other modules
Automatic data movement from Tokora to the finance module is not yet available. Daily sales do not become journal entries in Finara by themselves.
