Work out who to ask first
Most problems are solved faster when they reach the right person. Your company administrator can resolve more than people expect.

We cannot change data inside your company. Roles, leave balances, and payroll figures are managed by your own administrators and HR — that is by design, so control over your data stays with you.

How to get a fast answer
Include the following. Without it we almost always have to ask back, and that adds a day:
Company name and the module involved.
What you did leading up to it — step by step, not a conclusion. "I clicked Save on the Employee Payroll Data page" is far more useful than "payroll error".
What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
A screenshot, including the full error message. If there is a code in brackets, do not crop it out — that code helps us most.
Roughly when it happened, and which browser you were using.
Never send us your password
The Kreativlo team will never ask for your password — not by email, phone, chat, or support form. Anyone who does is not us.
If you have already entered your password on a suspicious page, change it immediately at sso.kreativlo.com, then let us know.
Reporting a security problem
If you find a security flaw, or can reach data that should not be yours, please report it through the same channel and mark it security. We answer those ahead of the rest of the queue.
Please do not probe further against another company's data.
