Opsira guide

Opsira organises work and maintenance: who is doing what, when it is due, which equipment needs repair, and how far along everything is.
For whom

| Project Manager | Runs projects and targets; manages work, phases, agenda, equipment |
| Maintenance Planner | Builds the schedule — work, phases, agenda. Equipment and reports read-only |
| Technician | Works the orders assigned to them, and logs repairs |
| Viewer | Viewing only |

The difference between "Update" and "Edit" on the Board
A Technician can update work assigned to them — moving it to the next stage, recording progress.
Edit means creating new work, assigning it to others, and deleting it. That belongs to planners and above.
Roles are set in the Kreativlo Portal, not inside Opsira.
Signing in
Same as every other Kreativlo module: open your company's Opsira address, and if there is no session you are taken to the Kreativlo sign-in page.

This guide was written from the application
Like Armavio, Opsira has no written manual yet. These pages were compiled by reading the application directly.
