Kreativstaff guide

Kreativstaff is Kreativlo's HR module: managing people from arrival to departure — employee records, attendance, leave, overtime, claims, payroll, performance reviews, organisation structure, and training.
This guide is written for everyone who uses it — employees, managers, HR, and Finance. No technical background needed.
Where to start
| If you are… | Start at |
|---|---|
| An employee — clocking in, requesting leave, checking payslips | Menu map, then Attendance |
| A manager — deciding your team's requests | Menu map, then Approvals |
| HR — setting the system up from scratch | Access, then follow the setup order |
| New to all of this | Signing in |
Signing in
Kreativstaff has no password form of its own. You always sign in through the Kreativlo portal:
Open your company's Kreativstaff address, for example
kreativstaff.kreativlo.com.If there is no session you are taken to the sign-in page. It already wears Kreativstaff's colours, but the address is
sso.kreativlo.com. This is normal — that is the only address where your password may ever be typed. After signing in you land back on the Kreativstaff page you wanted.
Watch out for fake pages
If any page other than sso.kreativlo.com asks for your Kreativlo password, it is not ours. Do not fill it in; report it to your company administrator.
The shape of the application
Kreativstaff lives on a single browser page; all navigation happens within it. The menu has three levels:
| Level | Its shape | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Circles | A column of circles along the left edge | One circle = one area of work |
| 2. Rows | The panel that appears when you touch a circle | The pages within that area |
| 3. Sub-tabs | A smaller indented row | Tabs belonging to that page |
Three things that save time:
- Hovering a circle already opens its panel — no click needed.
- Clicking a circle opens the first page inside it.
- If you only have rights to one page in an area, the circle takes that page's name. An ordinary employee sees a circle labelled Holiday Calendar rather than "Leave Management".
