Applications
The launcher holds the modules your company subscribes to. Clicking a tile opens that module without signing in again.
Three groups of tiles
| Group | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active for your company | Subscribed and ready to open |
| Available — not enabled | In the catalogue, not yet purchased |
| Coming soon | Modules being prepared |
An "available" module is not broken
Tiles in the second group are shown deliberately so you can see what else could be added. Clicking one leads to the billing page, not to the application.
Only the company owner can buy.
Opening a module
Click its tile. You arrive inside the module already authenticated — no password is asked for again.
If your account belongs to several companies that all subscribe to that module, the portal shows a company picker first.
The module detail page
Clicking a module's name (rather than its open button) shows its summary inside the portal: key figures from that module without opening it.
Useful for glancing at the state of several modules at once.
When a module will not open
| What you see | What it means | Who can fix it |
|---|---|---|
| No tile at all | Your role does not cover that module | The company administrator |
| A tile marked not active | The company has not subscribed | The company owner |
| It opens and then refuses | The subscription has lapsed | The company owner |
