Account information
Your name and photo are visible to colleagues — in the employee directory, on the requests you submit, and in the member list.
Your email is your sign-in identity. Changing it requires re-verification.
Electronic signature
Draw your signature with a finger or mouse, or upload a photo of an existing one — just once. From then on, every time you approve a request in any module, that signature is automatically stamped alongside your decision, together with the time and your identity.
It is optional. Without a signature, approvals still work exactly the same — there is simply no signature image attached.
This is an electronic signature, not a certified digital signature
Valid for a company's internal needs under Indonesia's Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE). It is not a certified, officially licensed digital signature (e.g. from a licensed electronic certification provider) required for formal legal documents outside the company — for those, keep using whatever official signing channel applies.
You can change or remove your signature at any time. Changing it does not alter the signature shown on approvals that were already decided earlier — those stay exactly as they were, as a record of the moment that decision was made.
Workspace & plan

If you belong to several, all of them appear here — and you can switch from that list.
