The console for company owners and administrators: managing members, roles, and company identity.

Ordinary employees do not see this page.

Four tabs

Inviting members

• Open the Members tab, then Invite.

• Enter the person's email address and choose their role.

• The invitation is emailed and valid for a limited period. If it expires, resend it.

Seats are checked twice

The member limit is checked when an invitation is created and again when it is accepted.

If you send ten invitations with only three seats left, only the first three to accept get in. The rest see a refusal — and that is a poor first experience for a new employee.

Check the seats remaining on the Overview tab before inviting a group.

Changing roles

Select the person in the member list and change their role. The change takes effect shortly; they may need to reload the page.

One person can hold several roles at once — for instance HR Manager in Kreativstaff and Finance Approver in Finara.

Deactivating and removing

Action	Effect	When to use
Deactivate	Cannot sign in; the seat stays occupied	Long leave, suspension
Remove	The seat is released for someone else	They will not return

Neither deletes history. Attendance, requests, and payslips that existed remain stored — as they must, because those are records that have to stand up to scrutiny.

Custom roles

Beyond the built-in roles, you can create your own with a different combination of permissions.

Start from the built-in roles; create custom ones only when truly needed

Custom roles need maintenance: every time a module gains a feature, you have to decide whether your custom role receives it too.

Built-in roles update themselves.

Company identity

The name, logo, and colours shown in the portal for everyone in your company.

Different from personal appearance settings — this is seen by everyone at the company.
