Subscriptions and billing
This page explains how Kreativlo is sold, what happens when a trial ends, and who can handle payment.
The subscription model
| Item | Terms |
|---|---|
| Unit of purchase | Per module |
| Scope | Per company — each entity subscribes for itself |
| Period | Annual, paid in advance |
| Currency | Indonesian rupiah, tax included |
| Trial | 14 days, free, no card required |
| Personal account | Always free |
Modules are bought one at a time. Adding a new module does not change the expiry date of modules already running.

The life of a subscription
The 14-day trial
Creating a new company automatically grants a 14-day trial with full features.
The rules:
- One trial per account. Being invited to someone else's trial does not consume yours.
- A group on trial may hold at most 3 companies, and all three share one expiry date. Adding a company on day 12 gives it the remaining 2 days, not a fresh 14.
- Trials do not renew automatically. There is no surprise charge at the end.
When the term ends
A warning appears in the portal several days before expiry. Only the company owner sees the renewal link.
A 3-day grace period. The applications still open fully. This is room so work does not stop while payment is being processed.
Locked. The modules will not open. The billing page and account settings stay open — that is where the problem gets fixed.
Locked does not mean deleted
All your data — employees, attendance, payroll history, documents — stays intact while locked, and reappears the moment the subscription is renewed.
Buying or renewing
Only the company owner can. Portal → account menu → Billing.
Choose the modules to buy or renew.
Check the cost summary. The figure shown is final — tax included.
Pay. Payment is handled through Midtrans; bank transfer, card, and e-wallets are available.
The module activates as soon as payment is confirmed in full.
Invoices
Every purchase issues a numbered invoice downloadable from the billing page. It states the due date and payment terms.
Instalments: modules activate only on full payment
If you pay in stages, the module is not active until the invoice is settled in full. Partial payments are recorded against the invoice but do not open the application.
Each company is billed separately
If you run a company group, each entity receives its own invoice and buys its own modules. There is no consolidated group-level invoice.
A company newly added to a paid group becomes active with an aligned expiry date, but its modules must still be bought separately.
Stopping a subscription
Simply do not renew. There is no penalty and no forced renewal.
Before stopping, export the data you need through each module's reporting menu. Data remains stored after locking, but you will not be able to open the application to export it — so do this before the grace period ends.
Common questions
Can we change modules mid-period? You can add at any time. New modules run from their own purchase date.
What if headcount exceeds our seats? New invitations will be refused until seats are added. Contact us to add them.
Will the price rise at renewal? We tell you well before the term ends if anything changes.
Who receives billing emails? The company owner. Make sure that address is still monitored.
