Finding your way around
This page explains the parts of the screen that stay the same across every Kreativlo application, so you do not have to relearn them for each module.
The portal: the door to everything
After signing in you land on the portal (sso.kreativlo.com). It contains:
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| App launcher | Tiles for the modules your company subscribes to. Click to open. |
| Dashboard | A summary of key numbers from your active modules. You arrange it yourself. |
| Company name (top right) | The currently active company. Use the account menu to switch. |
| Account menu (profile photo) | Profile, settings, switch company, sign out. |
Modules your company does not subscribe to do not appear in the launcher. That is not an error — see Modules à la carte.
The shape of the menu inside an application
Kreativlo applications live on a single browser page: all navigation happens within it, so there is no full reload every time you move.
The menu has three levels:
| Level | Its shape | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Circles | A column of circles along the left edge | One circle = one area of work (Attendance, Payroll, KPI, …) |
| 2. Rows | The panel that appears when you touch a circle | The pages within that area |
| 3. Sub-tabs | A smaller indented row | Tabs belonging to that page |
Three things that save time:
- Hovering a circle already opens its panel — no click needed first.
- Clicking a circle opens the first page inside it.
- If you only have rights to one page in an area, the circle takes that page's name, not the area's. An ordinary employee sees a circle labelled Holiday Calendar rather than "Leave Management" — because that is the only thing they may open there.
A menu you cannot see is not broken
Kreativlo shows only what you may open. If the guide mentions a page that is not on your screen, your role does not cover it.
Search
The magnifying glass in the top right opens quick search. It searches pages and people, not document contents.
Type part of a menu name to jump straight there without walking the sidebar.
Notifications
The bell shows what is waiting on you: requests to decide, reviews to fill in, new announcements.
Clicking a notification takes you straight to the relevant page, not to a general list.
Changing language and appearance
All in one place: account menu (profile photo, top right) → Appearance.
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Interface language | Indonesian or English. Date formats follow. |
| Theme | Casual (glass panels over a photo backdrop) or Professional (solid panels, neutral backdrop) |
| Mode | Light or dark |
| Colour | Twelve accent choices |
| Backdrop | Built-in photos, or upload your own |
Appearance settings only affect your screen
Changing the language or colour changes nothing for your colleagues. The choice is stored on this device — open Kreativlo from another computer and you will set it again there.
Changing your profile photo
Account menu → Change profile photo. This photo is visible to colleagues in the employee directory and on the requests you submit.
The back button
Kreativlo applications have their own back button in the top left. Use that rather than the browser's — the browser button can take you out of the application entirely, because all navigation happens within a single page.
On a phone
Every Kreativlo application opens in a phone browser. The sidebar becomes a drawer that slides in from the edge, and tables scroll sideways.
For attendance specifically there is a dedicated phone app called Kreatime — more comfortable for daily clock-ins because it can use the camera and location directly. See Kreatime.
