Growth & Reviews — the concepts
Four pages answering four different questions:

This menu does not affect pay and does not enter the KPI
Review cycles use a 1–5 scale; the KPI uses its own scale and flow.
They are deliberately separate: a review cycle is a conversation about development, while the KPI is a measurement of achievement.
Review ratings and Goals never enter payroll calculations or the KPI score. If your company wants to link them, that link is made by hand outside the system.
