Reports & Analytics
The fourth page in Growth & Reviews, and the only one that asks nothing about any one person. It answers the organisation-level question: how are things overall.
Open to anyone holding the report-viewing permission.
This page only reads
Nothing here can be changed. There is no save button, no form, and opening the page never alters anybody's data.
The figures are live, not a recording
Every chart is calculated from data as it stands right now, not from a copy frozen each month.
Which means: an attendance correction approved this morning changes the attendance trend this afternoon. What you export today can differ from what you exported last week for the same period — and that is correct, not a fault.
Seven reports
| Report | Answers |
|---|---|
| Attendance trend | Whether attendance is improving or slipping over time |
| Work mode | How many working days happen in the office versus remotely |
| Overtime | How many overtime hours are used per period, and by which unit |
| Payroll cost trend | How the wage bill moves from month to month |
| Department statistics | Headcount and summary figures per unit |
| Training | How well the organisation keeps up with required training |
| Review cycles | How far the running cycle has actually been filled in |
Reading the three that are most often misread
Low overtime is not automatically good news
Falling overtime hours can mean the workload has eased — or that people have stopped filing because they expect to be refused.
Compare it against the attendance trend: if hours worked stay long while filed overtime falls, what changed is probably not the workload.
The payroll cost trend jumps in certain months
Religious holiday allowance and bonuses are paid outside the monthly cycle, so any month containing one will always look like a spike.
That kind of spike is not an anomaly. What deserves a look is a spike in a month that carries no extra payment.
Training compliance drops with nothing having changed
Certificates expire. A compliance figure can fall not because anyone stopped training, but because a batch of certificates expired in the same month — usually because they were all taken at the same time in the first place.
Check the "expiring soon" list before drawing a conclusion
It sits in Training & Skills, under the Team tab. If it clusters in one month, the drop is already explained.
Exporting
Each report can be downloaded as a CSV file for working on elsewhere.
What downloads is the figures currently on screen, following the active date range and filters — not the entire history.
What this page deliberately does not show
| Not here | Why | What covers it instead |

| Individual review ratings | This page is for organisational patterns, not for judging individuals | Review Cycles |
| KPI scores and grades | KPI has its own dashboard, with a different flow and scale | Calibration and reports |
| Per-person pay detail | Individual pay is confidential and gated separately | Salary Recap |
