Tools — six helpers

Six calculators for working something out quickly.

Read this first: Tools stores nothing

Not one page in the Tools menu saves data to the system.

Closing the page loses the result. Copy what you need first.

The only exception is the PDF Toolkit, which has a "Save to employee documents" button.

Because they store nothing, Tools is safe for simulation: working out "what if" without changing anyone's data.

Results are estimates, not official figures

The calculators here use the same formulas as payroll, but without a person's complete data — dependant status, the social security programmes they are enrolled in, the salary components assigned to them.

For binding figures, use the payroll run's result, not a calculator.
