When a menu is missing
Roles are set in the Portal, not in Kreativstaff
Adding or changing roles happens in Kreativlo Portal → Company → Members, and only company owners and administrators can do it.
There is no role setting inside Kreativstaff itself. If you are looking for it here, you will not find it.
The order to check when a menu disappears:
Check the company name in the top right. Switching companies changes your role entirely.
Check whether a colleague can open it. If nobody can, it is a subscription matter, not a role one.
Ask your administrator to check your role in the portal.
A note on managers
Who approves your requests is not decided by your role but by the organisation structure in the People menu.
That means someone can carry only the ordinary Employee role and still receive requests to decide, because they are registered as a manager in the org chart.
