Attendance and requests — the concepts
Before the page-by-page detail, one separation explains the shape of this whole menu.
Two things deliberately kept apart
Kreativstaff separates "my requests" from "approvals", even for people who do both.
A manager submitting their own overtime, and a manager clearing their team's overtime queue, are doing two different jobs at two different moments. Putting both on one screen is how somebody accidentally approves another person's request while thinking they are reading their own.
| Menu group | What it holds | Decision buttons |
|---|---|---|
| My Requests | Only your own rows | None |
| Approvals | The queue awaiting decision | Yes — the only place |
If you are hunting for an Approve button and cannot find it
You are in the wrong group. Every decision — for all eight request types — is made in Approvals → Approval Center.

Plus early departure, which is not submitted through a form but forms itself when you clock out before your shift ends.
Rules are enforced on the server
Every limit in this menu — monthly quotas, overtime increments, mandatory evidence — is checked on the server, not just on screen.
That means what you see on the form is the actual rule, not a copy that could differ. If the form says overtime is at least one hour, a 45-minute request will genuinely be refused.
