Expense claims

My Requests → Claims. For costs you paid up front and want reimbursed.

Step by step

Open My Requests → Claims, then click New claim.
Read the company rules box above the form first. It states the per-category limit, the monthly quota, and the amount above which a receipt becomes required — all before you fill anything in.
Choose the category, then enter the amount in rupiah. The minimum is Rp 1,000.
Write the note if it is asked for — say what the spend was for, not just what it was. Your approver decides without having been there when you paid.
Attach the receipt if the amount is over the receipt threshold. A photo or a PDF are both accepted.
Click Send. Once submitted the contents can no longer be edited — only cancelled, and only while the status is still Pending.

Your company can arrange for small claims not to need a receipt, while anything above a certain amount does.

The threshold appears in the company rules box above the form, so you know before filling it in.

Approved claims can be paid with your salary

Depending on company settings, an approved claim may be paid together with the following period's salary rather than as a separate transfer.

If your claim is approved but the money has not arrived, check first whether your company works this way — ask HR or Finance.
