Payslips
Payroll → My Payslip. A page for every employee — no special permission needed.
What you can do
- Choose a period from the months available
- See the summary: gross pay, total deductions, and net pay
- Open the Earnings and Deductions detail through tabs
- Download a PDF — the official payslip containing earnings and deductions together, not only the tab currently on screen
- Send by email
Payslips can also be viewed in the Kreatime phone app.
Payslips only appear once finalised
While HR is still calculating, there will be nothing here — and that is deliberate, because draft figures can still change.
If a colleague can see their payslip and you cannot, you most likely were not included in that run. Ask HR.
Understanding the figures
Why social security bases differ within one payslip
Because each programme has its own cap. The health programme stops counting at one threshold, the pension programme at another, while old-age benefits have no cap at all.
So it is normal for all three to use different base figures on a single payslip.
Why the tax is higher than a simple estimate
Because some premiums paid by the company count as employee income for tax purposes, as required by tax rules. So the tax base is slightly higher than the gross you receive.
Other company-paid premiums do not count that way — which is why the figure cannot be guessed from a single flat percentage.
Why December tax differs sharply
This is correct, not a system fault
From January to November, tax is deducted using an estimated rate.
December recalculates the full year precisely, then subtracts what was already deducted over the preceding eleven months.
The result in December:
- If the preceding eleven months under-deducted → December's deduction is large
- If they over-deducted → a refund line appears that increases your net pay
If a payslip figure looks wrong
Open the detail. Every deduction states its basis — there are no figures without an explanation.
Compare with last month. Large changes usually have a visible cause: unpaid leave, overtime that did not carry through, or a new loan instalment.
Check your attendance in the Monthly Recap. Wrong attendance produces wrong pay.
Contact HR or Finance, naming the period and which line you are questioning.
